Hello from Miami Art Basel! I’m writing from the FilmGate Miami Interactive Festival XI, one of the top ten immersive festivals in the world!

For those in town, King Willonius, creator of the viral sensation “BBL Drizzy,” and I did a tech check this morning, and the live podcast recording has a new time of tomorrow at 1pm at the Paramount Miami Worldcenter. I’m loving every minute of the conversations, camaraderie, and creativity across so many immersive mediums, from last night’s opening at the Frost Planetarium to AR/VR, and more.

While this is my first time at the FilmGate Immersive Festival, I’ve been attending SXSW since 2009. So, it was an incredible honor to be interviewed by Hugh Forrest, Co-President & Chief Programming Officer at SXSW, for his Conference Community Newsletter — thank you for the invitation and the thoughtful questions, Hugh!!
